Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the
time of delivery. As we sell artificial jewellery, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of
mind, dislike of design, or size issues.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or

Missing packaging will not be eligible for return.

Customers are requested to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package
being opened. This helps us verify damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not returnable
unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Due to hygiene and handling concerns, certain items may be marked as non-
returnable.

Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund, based on the product
availability. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval of the return request.
In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back as per our guidance.
