At BangleCart, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it simple.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or alterations by the customer.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Process
- Submit a return request through your BangleCart account or contact our customer support team.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.
- Refunds
- After inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, you will receive a full refund including shipping.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
